Well, I’m back in Denmark and currently living that jetlag life.
It’s 4:22am and I’m wide awake. What better way to combat the inevitable crushing homesickness than by reliving the final days of spring break at home?
Those final days included:

Acai bowls with friends.

Family visits and puppy cuddles.

Crepes with my mama.

Mmmmmm, nutella.

Lilo and her fabulous resting bitch face.

A V O C A D O T O A S T.

Visits to my favorite Manhattan Beach Bakery.

And my favorite Manhattan Beach ice cream shop.

Which also happens to sell macarons.

And cupcakes.

Sun soakin with these crazy kids.

I miss them so much already and it’s been all of a day.

I mean, come on? How could you not miss this? Silly fat Lukie always using his sisters as seats.

Bon voyage dinner at Houston’s with the fam.

Disney California Adventure hosts its very first Food and Wine festival this month, so of course we had to make a pit stop on opening weekend.

We came right after dinner (rookie move) so didn’t really partake of the food stalls, but everything looked delicious: beef tacos, bacon cheddar soup in a mini bread bowl, curry, triple cheese macaroni, macarons, etc. etc.

Like father, like daughter: I ended spring break on a super sweet note, twinning massive soft serve ice creams with my dad.
It’s Copenhagen (and beyond) for the next handful of weeks, but already looking forward to being back home with everything (and everyone!) I love.
xoxo
I am CRYING over how cute your dogs are. Also, that avocado toast looks like what dreams are made of.

Your dogs are too cute! And I’m such a sucker for soup in bread bowls. Actually, the first time I tried it was Cajun style soup in a bread bowl at Disneyland! Now satisfy my cravings at Panera.
