Soaking in Santa Barbara

We spent the last of our time at the Belmond El Encanto soaking up the Santa Barbara sunshine, and ‘ooh/ahh-ing’ over the views. They have a gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the California coastline, where you can see sailboats off the Pacific Ocean from way up high. We took advantage.

After relaxing poolside for a while, we did some more wandering around the hotel grounds.

Then it was back to the room for snacks.

It was a quick, whirlwind trip — calm, peaceful, and full of sunshine-y goodness. And the Belmond El Encanto was a charming little home away from home.
