Or, that time I discovered the most amazing American pie company in Denmark…right before moving out of the country.

But first, days should start with rosé, pork belly wraps, and duck fat fries…

Trips to Christiania…

And hikes up the Church of Our Savior tower. Again.

After doing all that fun stuff – biking around the city, touristing, etc. – Mark and I hit up the American Pie Company for dinner.
I’d been meaning to try this place out for a while. Phoebe and I actually tried to come here once before, but it was closed for a Danish holiday. Ironic, huh?

I’m bummed it took me so long to give it a go, cause it ended up being pretty divine.

They had every type of sugary sweetness on display, but we went the savory route. Shepherd’s pie for him, chicken pot pie (with thyme!) for me.

After pie? Ice creams (again), of course.

We met this cute little pup on the way back to our hotel.

And then got to say goodnight underneath a massive rainbow.
