A couple of my favorites, that is.
The restaurant scene in Copenhagen is full of foodie delights. From Noma (the “best restaurant in the world“) to the tiny hole-in-the-wall cafe, there’s something for everyone.
I gravitate towards the latter. Partly cause — hello, student budget. But also because Copenhagen cafes are so charming.

One of my personal favorites is the Laundromat Cafe in Nørrebro.

It’s not usually this empty. But the weather was phenomenal, so everyone was eating outside.

Everyone except me, obvi. I was working on my laptop, and that sunshine-y screen glare is not my favorite.

The have a really good Latin open-faced avocado sandwich here, complete with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
And their blueberry smoothie – oh man. It’s like liquid gold.

And my other fav: Paludan, of course. Across from the University of Copenhagen’s Old Campus, in the city center.
I’ve practically lived here during my time in Copes.

I will miss this salmon sammie like you would not believe. That, and the rest of the city, of course. Well, minus the rain and the wind and the crushing winter darkness. But everything else!
