We actually had a (mostly) sunny day this last weekend! I took advantage.

I dropped by the Rosenborg Castle Gardens in the city center and admired the millimeter of snow that fell overnight. Cause even one lone snowflake is reason to get excited for this CA girl.

The ain’t-it-gorgeous factor is way upped in the summertime, when things are actually alive. But hey – this was the first bit of sunshine we’ve had for a week; let me bask.

Here’s hoping that this baby-sized pocket of blue sky is a sign of spring to come. Please, please, please.
