El Niño
When people in California aren’t talking about the drought (or the $1.5B Powerball jackpot) they’re talking about El Niño, the big scary weather pattern that makes it *gasp!* RAIN in SoCal. We had a big string of storms last week where it actually rained for more than 5 minutes and everyone was freaking out.
Us native Angelinos have no idea what to do when it rains. Water is falling from the sky? What now? Umbrella? What’s that? Driving? BUT THE ROADS ARE WET.

I love it though, cause it means I get to dress Lilo in ridiculous doggy sweaters.

Plus – Disneyland in the rain? Best thing ever.

No crowds. Ridiculous ponchos everywhere. Win x2.

There’s no rain in sight on the 10 day forecast, so I think this El Niño might be El Dunzo already. Womp womp.
xx
This absolutely cracks me up! I’m from Seattle and I remember one time I went to Disneyland two days before Christmas and it rained – there were no lines!!! I was so excited because for us it was just a drizzle, only needed a hood sometimes!
